We can have a catered reception in the bed & breakfast's dinning room or on the beautiful decks.

Rates
are based on double occupancy and are subject to change anytime and without notice. Your rate quoted at the time of
your reservation will be honored when you stay with us.; there is a $25 charge for each extra person in the room. There is
a ONE WEEK cancellation policy, that way we have a better opportunity to fill the suite and not charge you. Some stays require
longer notices of cancellation (see the rates and availability pages for details). If you want 3 or more rooms call
for the special rates. No PETS allowed.
Prior to your arrival, please inform us of any personal special needs,
ADA requests, allergies and/or diet requirements.
The 10% El Dorado County lodging occupancy tax is added to your
suite charges. We reserve the right to refuse any online/offline reservation and anyone's accommodations
