Fair Play Festival (June 6 & 7) and Passport (April 10 &11 and April 17 & 18) Weekends require 2 NIGHT MINIMUM and we have a one month cancel policy for those weekends. Groups are three or more rooms and they must call to reserve their dates and groups have a two week cancel policy.
Rates are subject to change at anytime and without prior notice. The rate given you at the time of your reservation will be the rate when you stay at the bed and breakfast. The 10% El Dorado County tax will be added to the rates. There is a ONE WEEK cancellation policy; some stays require longer notices. NO PETS!
